Reliance Gallery (Borivali)

Tele Gyaan has been providing you with the latest buzz from the telecom sector. To add some punch to the content, we have our new section, where we review the service centers, we being the normal customers. The objective is to show how good the service providers are when it comes to personally serving the customers. This week the center under our microscope is Reliance’s service center at Borivali. The center is located close to Borivali station (west) on Chandavarkar Lane.

Starting off, the first good thing about the center was that there were very few customers in the center. This lead to a mixed feeling. Was Reliance so good at its service that nobody came in to the center? An empty service center also gives negative vibes, as a normal center would have no place to stand or breathe. As for the looks, the center looked unappealing from outside and also the atmosphere inside was dull and boring, the main reason being the unattractive interiors and the poor ambience. The whole feeling of the center wasn’t great and not worth spending time in. There were 3 attendants for bill payments and customer queries. The seating arrangements were inadequate and other arrangements were not satisfactory, like for example, the lighting and cooling were not well managed. The language used to communicate was Hindi, but a good aspect being, the attendant was well versed with the information. The overall appearance of the attendants in uniforms and service provided by them helped Reliance reach a satisfactory level of service.

Here we can see that the basic idea of providing the information is being satisfied, but not much importance is being given to the augmented aspects, like the ambience and the feel of the center, which are being highly demanded and are the judging factor for services.

We Say

Overall, our experience till we reached the counter wasn’t good at all, but it was compensated by the service received at the counter. So all thanks to the attendant, Reliance’s service receives a satisfactory grade in our review. We give it a 3 on 5.
