Motorola Q

Tata Indicom for the first time adds a business phone to its range. The phone is offered by Motorola and is called the MOTO Q. This QWERTY cell phone is designed to deliver e-mail, entertainment and seamless mobility in a single package. The phone offers some interesting features like

Runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0
Thinnest QWERTY device in the world – 11.5mm
Offers video clip capture and playback
Connectivity via Bluetooth, IrDA and mini-USB
Dual, stereo-quality speakers
Mini-SD removable memory card slot
Large, high-resolution display (320 x 240 pixels, 65K TFT)
1.3 mega pixel camera with photo lighting and 6x zoom

Now let us look at the pricing of this cool corporate device. MOTO Q is currently being offered for Rs. 19,999 under the banner of Tata Indicom. So all Tata users who wish to use a Windows based phone, here it is but please checkout the prices of other windows based phones in the market before buying this device, you might be taken for a surprise.

According to us, this device is offered at a high price as compared to other similar featured phones. Plus, it lacks the feel and ability that a business phone should deliver. But at the same time this phone can be of great use to people who do not prefer a touch screen phone as most Windows based phones in this price category are touch screen ones.

Overall it’s a decent phone offered at a premium price.
