MTNL has made an attempt to revamp the look and the message of its ads in Mumbai. The ads, which previously used to contain an image with simple and straight details of the plans, have now taken a new look to themselves. The new ads would be trying to strike a chord among Mumbai residents by calling MTNL as Mumbai ka khaas mobile, which in simple words is Mumbai’s special mobile.
The ads are trying to promote Trump connections as a must have by any Mumbai resident. For example one ad has the following line: Having a mobile in Mumbai is a normal thing, but having Mumbai’s mobile is a special thing.
The revamp is a stepping stone towards better ads for MTNL and lets hope we see more of the same ahead. Let’s not forget to say that it was a much needed change.

Yes it’s a good service provider, but don’t give comments like ‘The Customer greavance is also good in MTNL MUMBAI’.
It’s just nonsense. If you remove staff part of MTNL, there is nobody who can beat MTNL. People who take care of customers (they don’t accept term ‘Customer’) are useless. This apply to everyone in MTNL. From DGM to lineman. If customer has any problem He has to meet at least 2-6 MTNL executives… come on… in which year you are still living(/sleeping?). If machines stop working MTNL will fall like anything… There is nobody to help MTNL subscriber. And please don’t give such misguding comments to attract people. First direct your HR (if you have any to work for customer not just for getting huge salaries) to Serve(to go through a term of service; do duty) the customers, they are not paying less for what they are supposed to get. Mind your statement!

Its not misguding comments bcoz i got the greavance all the time when i face the problem,even ED/CGM/GM office always respone any feedback from my side.
If u didnt got any greavance that not means the care is not there!!!

MTNL customer care is pathetic!! Sorry don’t want to agitate anyone here but I can say this from my personal experience. I had 1 Trump and 1 Dolphin sim card each and in both the cases I had to rush to Prabhadevi office every single time there was a problem with the connection for a final and clear resolution of the problem. That is what you call customer service….
