Recently, BPL Mobile users in Mumbai have been facing strange problems in sending SMSes. There have been complaints about the messages not reaching the person on the other end and also cases of the sender receiveing the delivery report without it being sent. Some users have been complaining about messages reaching them in bulk i.e. the messages that were sent to them during the day are recieved together in the night.

With BPL always being associated with bad network, the new problem has left the users quite harassed. As per one subscriber, their problems are not being addressed by the authorities, who claim about the absence of any problems. We would request you to come forward and let us know if you have faced such problems.

Vodafone, on its site is providing users to access the network coverage in their circle. Just choose your circle and the map with areas having network coverage can be accessed quickly. If you doubt the information and are facing network problems, then Vodafone has also provided users with an online form, which would allow you to complain about the areas you are facing problems in, so that the same can be corrected.

The move seems to be taking Vodafone closer to its customers and thus trying to bring loyalty and superior customer service into play. Such moves prove to be favorable to the customers as they are aped by competitors, thus leading to superior customer service in the market and higher quality standards.
